- Full legal name (as it appears on your government ID)

- Username and encrypted password
Identity Verification (KYC) Data
- Government-issued ID images (passport, driver's licence, PhilSys ID, etc.)
- Selfie or photo for liveness verification (where required)
- Proof of address documents
Financial Data
- Deposit and withdrawal transaction records (amounts, dates, payment method type)
- GCash or Maya registered name (for payment verification purposes)
- Partial card or account details provided during payment (we do not store full card numbers)
Usage and Technical Data

- KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years after the account closure date.
- Transaction records: Retained for 5–7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.
- Support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the interaction.
- Technical and usage data: Typically retained for 12–24 months in identifiable form, then anonymised or deleted.
When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

1win PH is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will close the account immediately and delete all associated personal data.
