Terms and Conditions – 1win PH Platform Rules and Policies

01 Eligibility

To register and use 1win PH, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 1win PH or referred by a responsible gaming programme.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another individual or entity.

1win PH reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If evidence of underage gambling is found, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

02 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 1win PH. Opening duplicate accounts — even with different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Accuracy of Information

When registering at 1win PH, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 1win PH will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards, 1win PH is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals.

Documents Required

Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence (issued by LTO)
• PhilSys National ID
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Voter's ID
• PRC Identification Card

Deposits are credited to your 1win PH account in Philippine Pesos. There are no fees charged by 1win PH for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay follow standard clearing timelines (typically same-day for InstaPay; 1–3 business days for PESONet transfers).

Currency

All transactions on 1win PH are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied.

05 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on 1win PH — including casino slots, live dealer tables, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface.

Results Finality

Once a bet is placed and the relevant game round or event has concluded, the result is final. 1win PH will not reverse settled outcomes unless there is a verified technical error on the platform's side that materially affected the result.

Sports Betting

For sports betting markets on 1win PH, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed after an event has started (live betting) are accepted at the discretion of the platform based on available odds at the time.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• In the case of a walkover, forfeit, or abandoned match, the outcome will follow the relevant sport's governing rules for bet settlement.

System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or bet outcome, 1win PH reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Players will be notified where possible, and stakes will be returned.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

1win PH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal is permitted).
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated, and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

1win PH actively monitors for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and other forms of strategic wagering designed to exploit promotional terms. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1win PH:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the platform
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any technical aspect of 1win PH
• Colluding with other players in poker or card games to gain an unfair advantage
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits
• Facilitating money laundering or other illicit financial activities through the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1win PH support staff or other users
• Registering accounts on behalf of minors

Violations of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension. Depending on the severity of the breach, 1win PH may withhold account balances, report activity to financial authorities, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

08 Platform Availability

1win PH aims to provide continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

During maintenance periods, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or process transactions. We will endeavour to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance through the platform or via registered email.

1win PH is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service interruptions on the player's end.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on 1win PH — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game graphics, interface elements, written content, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of 1win PH or its licensed game providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from 1win PH.

10 Privacy and Data

1win PH collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with applicable regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1win PH's liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

1win PH is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the platform
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Technical failures caused by third-party service providers (internet, payment processors)
• Actions taken by the player in reliance on platform content, odds, or promotional material

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your 1win PH account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

Closure by 1win PH

1win PH reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Where closure is initiated for responsible gaming reasons at the request of the player, 1win PH will apply a cooling-off period during which the account cannot be reopened.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 1win PH experience — a game result, a payment, a bonus settlement — the first step is to contact our customer support team directly. Most issues are resolved quickly at this stage.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through support, you may escalate the matter formally in writing. 1win PH will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a full response within 28 days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1win PH may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a notice within the platform.

Your continued use of 1win PH following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
